Loki X Reader: Loki's Death (One-Shot)

Loki lay on the ground in front of you, his breathing was shallow, he just looked at you and you could tell he was in a large amount of pain, you gently pulled Loki close not wanting to let him go.

Tears streamed down your cheeks, "No!" You cried.

"I-I love you..." Loki whispered to you before his breathing stopped.

Loki suddenly felt a lot heavier to you now.

"No no no!" You screamed trying to lift Loki's head, "No you can't die! I love you Loki! No!" You screamed kissing Loki.

"Some one help me! Please!" You cried for help but no one came, you just held Loki in your arms refusing to let go of him, he was your true love and you would never survive without him, he was your everything, he was your whole world.



A few months later


You were currently living in Midgard, it was strange living there, you were originated from Asgard and it was quite weird getting used to human technology, but you soon coped with it and lived a normal life.

One day, you were about to walk upstairs to bed with your freshly brewed cup of tea when you felt a cold breeze.

One of the windows were wide open.

"Stupid bloody window..." You muttered softly and walked down the stairs and put your cup of tea down closing the window.

When you turned around to pick up your cup of tea, the cup of tea was half empty and there was a cookie beside it with a nibble taken out of it.

"Oh no... I think I have a Santa infestation..." You muttered shaking your head and just walking upstairs, you opened your bedroom, you felt an extremely cold breeze.

"Gosh it's cold..." You muttered softly quickly closing the window nearby, you closed your door and locked it, "Maybe I just drank my tea, got a cookie and didn't remember...." You muttered to yourself and walked over to the bed.

You sat down and yawned stretching, you suddenly noticed a golden horned helmet sitting on your desk, you gasped and rubbed your eyes, but when you opened them, the helmet was gone.

You looked down sighing sadly and just wrapped a blanket around you.

"I don't remember having silk blankets..." You muttered softly looking down.

You saw a green cape wrapped around you, you gasped and quickly got up, you looked at your bed just seeing your normal blankets.

"I'm going insane..." You muttered to yourself.

"No your not..." A voice whispered to you.

You spun around, "Who was that?" You asked now anxious, "Whoever you are get out of my house!" You shouted.

You suddenly saw a ghostly golden and green figure in front of you, "But don't you miss me...?" He asked.

"I don't even know who yo..." You fell back onto your bed, tears streamed down your cheeks, "Y-You can't be him... he's gone...." You muttered.

"I am not gone..." He smiled a bit and the figure soon became clear.

Your long lost love, Loki, was standing just feet away from you.

"No! You are not real! You are dead! You died in my arms! I lost you long ago!" You screamed and soon began sobbing.

Loki quickly walked up to you, "No, please don't cry my love..." Loki begged.

"Your not real... I've dealt with your ghost image before... when I first came here... now please... just leave me alone..." You cried.

"I am real _________! I am very real..." Loki took off his helmet and placed it on the desk, he than took off his cape and wrapped it around you, Loki climbed onto the bed and smiled at you.

"It's just my imagination..." You muttered softly baking away into the corner of your bed.

"I am real my love... I swear..." Loki begged and gently grasped your hand.

You closed your eyes letting more tears stream down your cheeks, "You feel so real..." You muttered softly.

"That's because I am..." Loki smiled and gently wiped your tears pressing his lips against yours.

You slowly opened your eyes blushing, "Loki..." You muttered softly.

"_________..." Loki smiled at you.

"You have no idea.... how long I have been waiting for that kiss..." You smiled happily.

Loki chuckled and smiled.

You tackle hugged Loki, "Your alive!" You cried kissing Loki's face all over, "You have no idea how much... I've missed you!" You cried hugging him tightly.

Loki chuckled and kissed back, "I've missed you too" Loki smiled and pulled you into his arms.

You just happily cuddled into Loki's arms never wanting to leave his embrace, you had waited ever so long for this moment, you finally had your true love back and this time, you would make sure no one would ever cause him harm.
